Your files will come in a .zip file, so before you upload them to the application, you should unzip them first. There are several ways to unzip/decompress the files. If you’re on a PC, you will need an application to do it. Once you have it, just locate your files, then right-click the zip and select Extract here. There are also web pages where you can do there.
If you’re on a MAC, just double-click the .zip and it will automatically unzip.
