Sometimes, due to a critical design flaw, an invalid or corrupted zip file, or a website error – we will give you a full refund. If this is the case, please Contact us and provide us with your email address, order number, tell us about the problem, and let us know of any information that can help us resolve the issue. We may ask for additional information or screenshots to help address the problem. Please allow 1 business day from your initial request for us to resolve any issues. You can choose to receive the fixed file(s) or receive a full refund.

You will NOT be refunded for software issues or any lack of knowledge on your part.

If you accidentally purchased a file that you previously purchased, let us know!  We will let you choose another file with the same price. We want you to be happy! Just Contact us, and it will be our pleasure to help!
